Reset your password (using your Okta security question and answer)

You will need to go to a computer that is already logged in such as a fellow faculty/staff member.

Then click on “Forgot password?”

Then choose phone to get a code sent to you.

This will send a code to your cell phone (the phone entered when you setup originally).

Enter it and then click “Verify”.

Then answer your security question and change your password.

If you do not remember the answer to your security question, then you will need to create a ticket with IT to reset your password.

Fill out the form and send it.

This will create a ticket on our side to reset your password.
